Biography


HinkstonMark R. Hinkston is an attorney with Dye, Foley, Krohn & Shannon, S.C., of Racine, Wisconsin. He devotes a large part of his practice to issues involving residential construction law. He is a 1988 graduate of Creighton University School of Law (cum laude), where he was an assistant editor of the Creighton Law Review, a member of the International Moot Court Board, and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Advanced Constitutional Law.

He is the author of various articles on issues involving residential construction law, has presented at seminars on the subject, and is a member of Scribes, The American Society of Writers on Legal Subjects.   He is also an Associate member of the Racine-Kenosha Builders Association and the Wisconsin Builders Association.

He is active in the Racine Community as President of Fourth Fest of Greater Racine, Inc. and a member of the Elmwood Park Plan Commission.  He is also a member of the Office of Lawyer Regulation Committee for District 15 (Racine).
